On your program, you are going to see "special notes". Once that option is clicked, you will be redirected to all of your notes for that program.  Here’s how you can create and manage notes within your program: - Open your program. - Locate and select the “Special Notes” option within the program dashboard. - You’ll be directed to a screen displaying all notes associated with this program. - To view or edit an existing note, click directly on the note you wish to access. - To add a new note, tap the plus sign (+) located in the top right corner of the screen. ![IMG\_8021](https://support.theprehabguys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_8021.png?width=198&height=429&name=IMG_8021.png)![IMG\_8024](https://support.theprehabguys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_8024.png?width=190&height=412&name=IMG_8024.png)![IMG\_8023](https://support.theprehabguys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_8023.png?width=192&height=416&name=IMG_8023.png) If you are still in need of assistance, please feel free to reach out to our [support team](mailto:support@theprehabguys.com) - [Prehab App](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-app?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-app?hsLang=en#general) - [Programs](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-app?hsLang=en#programs) - [Workouts](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-app?hsLang=en#workouts) - [Prehab Pro](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-pro?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General Information](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-pro?hsLang=en#general-information) - [Navigation How to Guides](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-pro?hsLang=en#navigation-how-to-guides) - [Teams/ Group Membership Information](https://support.theprehabguys.com/prehab-pro?hsLang=en#teams-group-membership-information) - [General Support](https://support.theprehabguys.com/general-support?hsLang=en) [![\[P\]rehab](https://support.theprehabguys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/The%20Prehab%20Guys%20Final%20Logo.png?width=400&height=109&name=The%20Prehab%20Guys%20Final%20Logo.png "[P]rehab")](https://www.theprehabguys.com) 8581 Higuera st.
