Can I do more than one program at a time?
Generally, yes but it will depend on your body’s ability to tolerate the overall workload. It’s best practice to combine programs working on differing areas versus using two programs simultaneously for the same body region. We generally recommend that if you are wanting to complete more than one program at a time you focus on an upper extremity program and a lower extremity program. Once you complete a program, you can always jump into another one that fits your needs!
