You can access your favorites at any time by clicking on the bookmark tab at the top that is next to the profile icon on the main programs or workout screen. You can also access your favorites by clicking on the profile icon at the top right, followed by clicking the bookmark tab at the top right.  Here, you will find all of your favorite programs, workouts, and exercises that you’ve marked by clicking the bookmark tab.
