How do I make a custom workout?
You can make a custom workout by first selecting workouts. Under workouts, click the “+” icon in the top right to make your custom workout! You can easily select from your favorite exercises by clicking the favorites button. Click on any exercise to add it to your program, and add the parameters (sets, reps or time) that you desire, then click save. You can access your custom workouts anytime on the workouts screen by scrolling to the right on the scrollbar
