How does program unlocking work?
With access to over 55 programs, taking control of your health has never been easier. Programs range in length anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks long. Consistency is key, and each week we recommend a certain number of sessions to complete for maximal results. You have the ability to start a program from any point – look ahead if you’d like and jump into the week that is just the right challenge for you! But you may have noticed that only the 1st session of the week is available for viewing & completing.
Program session unlocking works like this – after you mark the 1st session complete, the next workout session will be unlocked! Although not required, we highly recommend you complete all of the sessions each week for maximal results – and you finish the program from where you started – if it is an appropriate program for you. Each successive week includes brand new exercises that will challenge you further, helping you make gains in a safe and effective manner!
