How many programs can be active at once?
Technically, you can start as many programs as you want! However, consistency is the key to results, and having more than 3 programs active at a time not only leads to a greater risk of missing sessions but also a greater risk of overworking. If you do choose to have more than one program active at a time, we recommend choosing programs that are in completely different body regions, for example – ankle sprain rehab and shoulder prehab.
