Should I repeat a week of a rehab program if I'm still having pain?

A good rule of thumb is that if the pain is below a 3/10 and is not lingering following your programming you are generally good to progress however if pain is ever above a 3/10 or lingering following the workout we recommend repeating that current week to promote appropriate tissue healing.
