The class exercise is different from the non-class exercise, which should I do?
If you notice that there is a difference in the exercise that is demonstrated in a class vs what is shown in the non-class version, don't worry! The reason for this variation is that the version demonstrated in the class version likely flows better with the previous exercise that was demonstrated by the physical therapist in the class version. You can perform either option as both exercises demonstrated target the same muscle group! Each is just a different way to work on this specific area to help you reach your goals.
